Abstract
The anti-inflammatory effects of collagen were investigated.The collagen was pretreated with 0.1%(w/%)sodium polyacrylate starch,and the collagen's anti-inflammatory activity was carried out by in vitro inhibition experiments of hyaluronidase activity.The results of the study show that the collagen solution treated with 0.1%(w/%)sodium polyacrylate starch resolves the flocculation between collagen and sodium hyaluronate.Collagen has an inhibitory effect on hyaluronidase,and the inhibition rate increases with the increase of active collagen concentration.The anti-inflammatory result of collagen at a concentration of 0.758 mg/mL is equivalent to that of 0.03 mg/mL chlorpheniramine.Collagen is a natural ingredient that has a good anti-inflammatory effect and a very wide development value in cosmetics.关键词
