排痰仪联合气压治疗在老年重症患者中的应用及对其预后的影响

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of expectoration instrument combined with air pressure therapy in elderly patients with severe diseases.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,70 elderly critically ill patients admitted to Nanjing Tongren Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine airway care,while the observation group was given sputum expectoration instrument and air pressure treatment.The airway cleaning effect,lung function,blood gas index,inflammatory factors,hospitali-zation time and treatment cost were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of sputum in the obser-vation group was more than that in the control group,and the airway cleaning indexes such as sputum properties、viscosity、cough intensity and cough frequency were better than those in the control group,P＜0.05.After interven-tion,FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.After intervention,PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group,P＜0.05.After treatment,IL-6、TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Sputum expectoration instru-ment combined with air pressure therapy can improve blood gas index and lung function,reduce airway inflamma-tion,promote patients'rehabilitation and prognosis,and save medical resources.关键词
