Abstract
Objective:To Objective to investigate the expectoration effect of vibrating expectoration instrument and closed expectoration instrument in COPD patients and their influence on lung function.Methods:Fifty COPD pa-tients admitted to the Geriatrics Department of Nanjing Tongren Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with vibrating expectoration instrument,while the control group was treated with closed expectoration instrument.The sputum output,lung function,blood gas analysis and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The daily expectoration volume of vibration expectoration group was significantly higher than that of closed expectoration group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,FEV1、FEV1/FVC in vibration expectoration group were significantly higher than those in closed expectoration group,PaO2 and SaO2 were significantly higher than those in closed expectoration group,PaCO2 was lower than that in closed expectoration group,and the total score of CRQ,dyspnea、fatigue、emotion and sense of control were significantly higher than those in closed expectoration group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Vibrating expectoration instrument can effectively promote ex-pectoration of COPD patients,improve their lung function and gas exchange function,and improve their quality of life.关键词
