Analysis of theEffects of Combined Exercise Regimen on Physical Fitness and Quality of Life Scores of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Patients in a Completely Enclosed Environment

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combined exercise program on physical fitness and quality of life of pa-tients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in a closed environment.Methods:100 cases of hematopoi-etic stem cell transplantation in zhujiang hospital of Southern Medical University from January to June,2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given combined exercise program.Physical fitness,quality of life and muscle ability were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the time of FTSST in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the distance of 6-minute walking test(6 MWT)was longer than that in the control group,P＜0.05.The scores of physiology,society,psychology and emo-tion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.The scores of muscle strength and muscle endurance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Combined exercise program has a good application effect in patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in a closed environment,which can improve patients'lower limb function and exercise endur-ance,improve patients'muscle ability and improve their quality of life,and is worth popularizing.关键词
