Research progress on role of chlorogenic acid and its application in animal production
摘要
Abstract
Chlorogenic acid is a compound with a variety of biological activities,which can regulate the relevant signaling pathways of the body,reduce the inflammatory response,improve immunity,control oxidative stress response,inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria,improve intestinal microbial flora,and improve animal performance and health.In addition,chlorogenic acid has the advantages of a wide range of sources and high temperature resistance,which can be used in the feed production.This article mainly summarizes the extraction methods,functions,and roles of chlorogenic acid in animal production,to provide a reference for the rational and effective use of chlorogenic acid.关键词
