Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of empathy nursing intervention in patients with early gastric cancer undergoing endoscopic mucosal dissection.Methods:The 70 patients with early gastric cancer in our hospital were divided into two study groups,namely comparison group and observation group.The study time was 2022.11-2023.12,and comparison group(35 cases)adopted routine nursing,and observation group(35 cases)adopted empathic nursing.Later,the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results:In the comparison results of hope level,the observation group was more effective(P＜0.05);the comparison results of the fear disease scale showed that the data between the two groups were significantly different(P＜0.05);the comparison satisfaction results were significantly higher(P＜0.05);the comparison results of quality of life showed that the observation group was better(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of empathy nursing in early gastric cancer nursing with endoscopic mucosal dissection is very ideal,which is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients,and is worth promotion and application.关键词
