Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode in perioperative period of hip replacement in the elderly.Methods:92 patients who underwent hip replacement in Fengxian People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and re-search group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.46 cases in each group.The time of getting out of bed,the degree of pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the time of getting out of bed was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with statis-tical significance(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of fast re-habilitation surgical nursing mode in perioperative period of elderly hip replacement is remarkable,which can pro-mote patients to get out of bed as soon as possible,effectively inhibit pain,and the patient's nursing degree is high.关键词
