伴述情障碍的首发抑郁症患者认知执行功能的相关研究
A Study on Cognitive Executive Function of First-episode Depression Patients with Alexithymia

Abstract
Objective:Toexplore and analyze the influence and correlation of alexithymia on depression degree and cognitive executive function of patients with first-episode depression.Methods:From July 2021 to December 2022,200 patients with first-episode unipolar depression were collected from the outpatient department and ward of Xuzhou Oriental Hospital affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University.The patients'alexithymia level was evaluated by TAS-20 scale,and according to the TAS-20 score,they were divided into alexithymia group(score＞61)and non-alexithymia group(score＜51),with 100 cases in each group.The levels of anxiety and depression,P300 laten-cy,n-back training class and serum Hcy were measured in the two groups.Results:The scores of HAMD and HA-MA in alexithymia group were significantly higher than those in non-alexithymia group(P＜0.05).The latency of P300 in alexithymia group was higher than that in non-alexithymia group,the average n-back training class was lower than that in non-alexithymia group,and the serum Hcy level was significantly higher than that in non-alexithymia group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Logistic correlation analysis showed that the total score of TAS-20 was positively correlated with HAMD score,P300 latency and serum Hcy level(P＜0.05),negatively correlated with n-back training class(P＜0.05)and not correlated with HAMA score(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The level of depression and anxiety and cognitive executive function of alexithymia patients with first-episode depres-sion are adversely affected.The occurrence of alexithymia is related to HAMD score,P300 latency,serum Hcy and n-back training class.Clinical screening should be carried out as early as possible and preventive measures should be taken to improve the cure rate.关键词
