Abstract
Objective:To explore the knowledge of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination in junior middle school students in Gaoming District,Foshan city and its influence on HPV vaccination intention.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,using random cluster sampling method to select 2000 students,record the HPV vaccination scores,at the same time,the statistics of HPV vaccination junior middle school students,according to the vaccina-tion will be divided into will and no group,record two groups of general data,the level of HPV vaccination survey,and use multifactor logistic regression analysis of the factors affecting HPV vaccination intention.Results:Out of the 1 660 questionnaires,The awareness rate of HPV vaccination among junior high school students is mostly above 75％,Total score(16.48±1.23),The overall level of knowledge and credit is too high;Of the 1,660 junior high school students,1551 were willing to vaccinate,For 93.43％;Multivariate Logistic regression analysis,Permanent(suburban or rural)(OR=4.123,95％CI=1.846-9.613),the educational level of the guardian(OR=0.478,95％CI=0.288-0.792),history of contact with sex knowledge education(OR=0.326,95％CI=0.142-0.747),credit level of HPV vaccine(OR=0.636,95％CI=0.542-0.747)was a contributing factor for HPV vaccination in-tention.Conclusion:Junior middle school students in Gaoming District of Foshan city are highly willing to receive HPV vaccine,and the level of HPV vaccine is relevant.关键词
