摘要
Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the role positioning and development path of nursing staff in diabetes educa-tion.Firstly,the current needs of diabetes patients'education were analyzed,and the key roles of nursing staff in disease knowledge transmission,lifestyle guidance and self-management education were pointed out.The paper then discusses the importance of improving the professional skills and knowledge of nursing staff in this field,as well as ways to enhance their professional competence through systematic training and practical experience.Final-ly,this paper predicts the possible development direction of nursing staff in the future diabetes management,and provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the care of diabetes patients.关键词
