复合有机酸化剂对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和经济效益的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of compound organic acidifiers on production performance,egg quality,serum biochemical indexes,and economic benefits of laying hens in late laying period
试验旨在探究复合有机酸化剂(COA)对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和经济效益的影响.选取540羽体况相近的72周龄京粉2号蛋鸡,随机分为3组(CON组、L-COA组、H-COA组),每组6个重复,每个重复30羽.各组均饲喂相同饲粮,CON组全程饮用自来水,L-COA组和H-COA组分别在饮水中添加0.10%和0.15%的复合有机酸化剂.试验期42 d.结果显示:与CON组相比,L-COA组产蛋率和蛋合格率显著提高(P<0.05),H-COA组产蛋率、平均蛋重和蛋合格率显著提高(P<0.05);L-COA组的蛋壳强度和蛋黄评分显著提高(P<0.05);L-COA组和H-COA组血清中低密度脂蛋白含量和谷丙转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);L-COA组和H-COA组的养殖利润分别增加了 1.08%和13.64%.研究表明,产蛋后期蛋鸡饮水中添加复合有机酸化剂对生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和经济效益有着积极作用,复合有机酸化剂的添加量为0.15%时效果较好.
The experiment aimed to explore the effects of compound organic acidifiers on the production performance,egg quality,serum biochemical indexes,and economic benefits of laying hens in the late laying period.Five hundred and forty 72-week-old Jingfen No.2 laying hens with similar body condition were selected and randomly divided into three groups(CON group,L-COA group,and H-COA group),with six replicates in each group and 30 hens in each replicate.Each group was fed the same diet.The CON group drank tap water throughout the whole process.The L-COA group and H-COA group added 0.10%and 0.15%compound organic acidifiers to the drinking water,respectively.The test period was 42 days.The results showed that compared to the CON group,the egg production rate and egg qualified rate of the L-COA group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the egg production rate,average egg weight,and egg qualified rate of the H-COA group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The eggshell strength and egg yolk score of the L-COA group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The serum low-density lipoprotein content and alanine aminotransferase activity in the L-COA group and H-COA group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The breeding profits of the L-COA group and H-COA group increased by 1.08%and 13.64%,respectively.The study indicates that adding compound organic acidifiers to the drinking water of laying hens during the late laying period has a positive effect on egg production efficiency,egg quality,serum biochemical indexes,and economic benefits,and the better effect is achieved when the added amount of compound organic acidifiers is 0.15%.
