不同时间窗阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果研究OA
ClinicalEffect of Intravenous Thrombolysis with Alteplase in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction at Different Time Windows
目的 探讨不同时间窗阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果.方法 选择2020年2月-2023年10月医院救治的82例急性脑梗死患者,按溶栓时间窗对患者进行分组,各41例.观察组于发病3 h内进行溶栓治疗,对照组于发病3-4.5 h进行溶栓治疗.对比两组患者溶栓效果、神经功能、认知功能与不良反应发生情况.结果 两组溶栓治疗总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗1 d与7 d后,两组NIHSS、MESSS评分均下降,且观察组NIHS…查看全部>>
