Application and mechanism of Bacillus subtilis in animal production
摘要
Abstract
Bacillus subtilis is one of the widely used probiotics,which has strong stability and can survive and reproduce in animal intestines.Bacillus subtilis has synergistic effects with other probiotics or prebiotics,which is widely used in microbial feed additives.Bacillus subtilis has more advantages in viability in gastrointestinal tract than lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacterium.Bacillus subtilis can regulate the intestinal flora of animals,improve growth performance,enhance immunity and intestinal health.Based on the physiological characteristics of Bacillus subtilis,the paper describes its application in animal production and its functions in regulating intestinal health,inhibiting oxidative stress and enhancing immunity,aiming at providing reference for the related application of Bacillus subtilis in animal production.关键词
