Abstract
Objective:To Objective to investigate the effect of pfna-ⅱ intramedullary nail on hip joint function and serum in-flammatory factors in patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with intertrochanteric frac-ture of femur admitted to Danyang People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly and double-blind divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw,and the observation group was treated with PFNA-Ⅱ intramedullary nail.The perioperative related indexes,hip function,serum inflammatory factors and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation duration,incision length,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).At 1 month.3 months and 6 months after operation,the Harris score in the obser-vation group was higher than that in the control group,and the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:PFNA-ii intramedullary nail can reduce the surgical trauma,shorten the postoperative recovery time,improve the hip function and reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients with intertrochanteric fracture.关键词
