Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of cilostazol in the treatment of clopidogrel-resistant cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with clopidogrel-resistant cerebral infarction admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from February 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with aspirin and the observation group was treated with cilostazol combined with aspirin.Coagulation function in-dex,neurological deficit degree,serum index,cerebral hemodynamics index,endpoint events and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,the PT,TT and APTT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group.The levels of serum MDA,NSE and ET in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the lev-el of SOD was higher than that in the control group.RI and PI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and Vm was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The to-tal incidence of endpoint events in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:cilostazol is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with clopi-dogrel-resistant cerebral infarction,which can improve the coagulation function,reduce the neurological deficit and oxidation reaction,improve the cerebral blood circulation and reduce the occurrence of end-point events such as myocardial infarction and sudden death.关键词
