Comparative Analysis of Standardization Scientific Research Projects in National Major Scientific and Technological Plans,and Its Reference Significance for China's Scientific Research in Standardization
摘要
Abstract
This paper uses literature research,website research,feature induction,and comparative analysis methods to conduct research and analysis on NITRD in the United States,PRISM in Japan,and National Key Research and Development Plans in China.A comprehensive review is conducted on the background,strategic significance,and goals of the collected science&technology plans.From the perspective of standardization scientific research,it is recommended to establish standardization scientific research projects in science and technology plans,continuously increase investment in standardization special funds,and increase support and cultivation efforts for standardization professional scientific research groups.关键词
