Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)in thyroid dysfunc-tion(TFD).Methods:100 patients with TFD admitted to Zhenjiang 359 Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.100 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group.Both groups received CLIA test,and the test results were compared.Result:The levels of FT4、TG-Ab、FT3、Tpo-Ab and TSH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of FT4、TG-Ab、FT3、Tpo-Ab and TSH in the diagnosis of TFD were 98.00％,99.00％and 98.50％.Conclusion:CLIA test for TFD patients has the advantages of high sensitivity,sim-ple operation and high accuracy,which can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis of TFD.关键词
