Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of eucalyptus and citronella enteric-coated soft capsules in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:80 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)was treated with budesonide na-sal spray,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with eucalyptus citronella enteric-coated soft capsules.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,inflammatory index level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The improvement time of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in inflammatory indexes between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of se-rum CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups decreased,and the decrease of inflammatory indexes in the observa-tion group was greater than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＞0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Eucalyptus Cin-namomum cassia enteric-coated soft capsule has reliable curative effect on patients with chronic sinusitis,which can relieve symptoms and inflammatory reaction with few adverse reactions.关键词
