Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of quetiapine fumarate combined with clonazepam tablets on mania and its influence on the level of neurotransmitters.Methods:90 patients with mania admitted to Dujiangyan Mental Health Center in Sichuan Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group 1(n=30,treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets),control group 2(n=30,treated with clonazepam tablets)and study group(n=30,treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with clonazepam tablets).After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,the severity of manic symptoms,mental symptoms and neurotransmitter factors before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference between the latter two(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of BRMS and PANSS in the study group were lower than those in control group 1 and control group 2,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).But there was no significant difference between them(P＞0.05).The levels of 5-HT,NE and DA in study group were lower than those in control group 1 and control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).However,there was no significant difference between them(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Quetiapine fumarate combined with clonazepam tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of manic patients,alleviate manic symptoms and mental symptoms,and reduce the level of neurotransmitters with-out increasing adverse reactions.关键词
