Abstract
Objective:Evaluating the Therapeutic Impact of Wuling Capsule Integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Sleep Disturbances in Parkinson's Disease.Methods:A total of 60 Parkinson's disease(PD)patients ex-periencing sleep disturbances,admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023,were enrolled and ran-domly split into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,consisting of 30 patients each.The control group underwent cognitive behavioral therapy,while the experimental group received ad-ditional Wuling capsules.The efficacies of these approaches were compared.Results:Upon intervention,the PDSS scores of the experimental group surpassed those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were also higher in the experimental group.Statistical significance was noted with p values less than 0.05.Conclusion:The combination of Wuling capsule and cognitive behavioral therapy significantly ameliorates sleep disturbances in PD patients,warranting its clinical application.关键词
