Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application of AcoStream thrombus aspiration device in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity.Methods:The clinical data and follow-up data of 20 patients with a-cute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs who were treated by AcoStream thrombus aspiration in the affiliated Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The success rate of surgery,thrombus clearance rate,limb swelling condition were evaluated,and the occurrence of postoperative complications and the occurrence of PTS one year postoperatively were recorded.Re-sults:All 20 patients successfully underwent thrombus aspiration with AcoStream,with no serious complications,and the success rate of the operation was 100％.Among them,80％of the patients reached level Ⅲ in thrombus clearance,and 20％of the patients reached level Ⅱ.The difference in circumference of the thigh and calf postopera-tively was significantly lower than before the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);two patients developed PTS one year postoperatively.Conclusion:The AcoStream thrombus aspiration device is safe and effective in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity,and has certain clinical application value.关键词
