Study on Production & Application of Controlled Low Strength Material Based on Different Recycled Materials of Construction Waste

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of insufficient consumption of low-quality recycled materials of construction waste,the feasibility of controlled low strength materials(CLSM)prepared by recycled fine aggregate and slag soil of waste mixture,recycled materials and slag soil of brick mixture respectively were studied.The working perfor-mance and mechanical properties of the CLSM prepared with four types of recycled materials were tested,and the material cost analysis and pilot project application were carried out.The results show that the CLSM have an out-of-machine expansion of 595~790 mm,a 120-min expansion of 330~570 mm,a slump of over 200 mm,and a 28-d compressive strength of 0.8~2.1 MPa,which can meet the general requirements of backfilling projects.That is,all the four types of recycled materials can be used to prepare CLSM.Considering the performance and cost factors,the CLSM prepared with two types of waste soil have more bright prospects.关键词
