高黏高弹改性沥青混合料路用性能与工程应用研究OA

针对当前开级配超薄罩面沥青混合料耐久性不足,以及密级配抗滑性能不足等技术问题,提出可采用半开级配的CDP-10沥青混合料,并对其组成和路用性能进行了研究;采用荧光显微镜试验与傅里叶红外光谱试验,探究了高黏高弹改性沥青的改性机理;通过马歇尔试验,确定了 CDP-10沥青混合料的最佳油石比;采用车辙试验评价了混合料的高温稳定性;用浸水马歇尔稳定度试验、冻融劈裂试验结果评价了混合料的水稳定性;用渗水系数试验结果评价了混合料的透水性;确定了 CDP-10沥青混合料实体工程的施工工艺,并在铺筑结束后对试验段进行了质量检测.研究结果表明:高黏高弹改性沥青微观网络状结构致密均匀;用OMNIC软件量化分析了成品沥青与离析试验上下部样品在966 cm1与1 377 cm1处的峰面积,发现其未发生明显变化,改性沥青热储存稳定性较好;CDP-10沥青混合料所用级配介于开级配与密级配之间,最佳油石比为5.1%,具有良好的高温稳定性、水稳定性和透水性.在实体工程应用中,还提出了 CDP-10高黏高弹沥青混合料的施工温度控制范围.试验段施工完成后经检验质量状况良好,具有优异的排水性能与抗滑性能.因此认为,CDP-10高黏高弹沥青混合料有着广泛的应用前景.

In view of the technical problems such as the insufficient durability of the open-graded ultra-thin asphalt mixture and insufficient anti-skid performance of the dense-graded asphalt,the composition and road performance of the high-viscosity and high-elasticity CDP-10 asphalt mixture were studied by semi open-graded CDP-10 as-phalt mixture;The modification mechanism was explored by fluorescence microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy;The optimal oil-stone ratio of the CDP-10 asphalt mixture was determined by Marshall test;The high-temperature stability of the mixture was evaluated by the rutting test;The water stability of the mixture was eval-uated by the results of the immersion Marshall stability test and freeze-thaw splitting test;The water permeability of the mixture was evaluated by the water permeability coefficient test results.The construction technology of CDP-10 asphalt mixture engineering was determined,and the quality inspection was carried out after the paving.The results show that the micro-network structure of high-viscosity and high-elasticity modified asphalt is dense and uniform;The peak areas of the finished asphalt and the upper and lower parts and segregation at 966 cm-1 and 1 377 cm-1 were quantitatively analyzed by OMNIC software.It was found that there was no significant change,and the thermal stor-age stability of the modified asphalt was better;The gradation used in the CDP-10 asphalt mixture is between open gradation and dense gradation,and the optimal oil-stone ratio is 5.1%which has good high-temperature stability,water stability and water permeability;In the application of engineering,the construction temperature control range of CDP-10 high-viscosity and high-elasticity asphalt mixture is proposed.The quality of the test section is good af-ter the construction with excellent drainage performance and anti-skid performance.CDP-10 high-viscosity and high-elasticity asphalt mixture has wide application prospects.
