Abstract
Through autopsy examinations on 4 cases of death due to cardiac tamponade,the result:aortic dissection rupture(2 cases).traumatic cardiac contusion with hemorrhage(1 case).and pericardial effusion caused by systemic lupus erythematosus involving the heart(1 case).It is necessary to comprehensively analyze the causes of pericardi-al hemorrhage and tamponade by combining medical history,clinical manifestations,and autopsy findings,in order to determine the cause of death accurately,which has certain forensic significance.关键词
