Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the anemia status of infants in community.Methods:From Septem-ber 2022 to September 2023,8950 infants in a community were selected for child health care.Blood samples were collected to detect blood routine indexes,and the detection of anemia was evaluated.The effects of feeding meth-ods,anemia status and age of mothers on anemia were analyzed,and the intervention countermeasures for anemia in infants were formulated.Results:The incidence of anemia in 8950 infants was 2.85％.In terms of feeding methods,the anemia rate of exclusive breast feeding,timely supplementary food and animal supplementary food in anemia group was lower than that in normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the aspect of maternal anemia,the rates of maternal anemia during pregnancy and postpartum anemia in anemia group were higher than those in normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The proportion of ane-mia group under 1 year old was higher than that of normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Infantile anemia is closely related to feeding methods,maternal anemia status and age.The com-munity should give targeted guidance according to the above factors when carrying out childrens health care.关键词
