沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的作用及对凝血、心功能指标的影响OA
Effect of Shakubatroxobin Sodium on Chronic Heart Failure in the Elderly and Its Influence on Coagulation and Cardiac Function Indexes
目的 探讨分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的作用及对凝血、心功能指标的影响.方法 选择2022年1月-2023年9月在徐州市中医院接受治疗的80例老年慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象.根据单双数法分为观察组与对照组,各4 0例.对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗.对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、凝血功能、心功能.结果 与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后TT、PT、AP…查看全部>>
