Construction and Empirical Measurement of New Quality Productive Force Evaluation Index System

Abstract
Based on the connotation of new quality productive force,this paper first constructs an evaluation index system of new quality productive force,then measures the development level of China's new quality productive force from 2007 to 2021,and finally analyzes the regional differences,convergence and divergence and obstacle factors by using Dagum Gini coefficient,con-vergence model and obstacle factor diagnosis model.The research finds that the development level of China's new quality produc-tive force is increasing,but regional differences are obvious.The inter-regional difference is the main source of the difference in the development level of the new quality productive force.The development level of new quality productive force in the whole country and the eastern region has the characteristics of σ convergence,and the development level of new quality productive force in the whole country and the four regions has the characteristics of β convergence,but the convergence speed is different.The ability to transform scientific and technological achievements,the advanced industrial structure and the intensity of education ex-penditure are the main obstacles to the development of new quality productive force.关键词
