Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Banxia Xingxin decoction in the treatment of chemothera-peutic intestinal mucositis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chemotherapeutic intestinal mucositis in our hospi-tal from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively enrolled,and they were divided into two groups,Banxia Xingxin decoction group and loperamide group,with 50 cases in each group.The TCM syndrome score,rel-ative abundance of intestinal flora,intestinal mucosal barrier function,serum inflammatory cytokine level,clinical efficacy,and diarrhea occurrence of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The levels of fecal diarrhea,abdominal pain,abdominal distention,dry mouth and bitter mouth,loss of appetite,fatigue,chills and total TCM syndrome scores,enterococci,enterobacteriaceae,D-lactic acid,ET,DAO,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in the Banxia Xingxin decoction group were lower than those in the loperamide group(P＜0.05),and the levels of lacto-bacillus,bifidobacteria and IL-10 were higher than those in the loperamide group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the patients in the Banxia Xingxin decoction group was 90.00％(45/50),which was higher than that in the loperamide group 62.00％(31/50)(x2=10.746,P＜0.05).The incidence of diarrhea in the Banxia Xingxin decoc-tion group was 6.00％(3/50),which was lower than that in the loperamide group 50.00％(25/50)(x2=24.008,P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of chemotherapeutic intestinal mucositis,the therapeutic effect of Banxia Xingxin decoction is better than that of loperamide.关键词
