Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of vitrectomy after intraocular injection of anti-vascular endo-thelial growth factor(VEGF)drugs on proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods:84 patients(84 eyes)with PDR in the hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were enrolled in the study.The subjects were divided in-to control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)according to the simple randomization method.The control group was treated with pars plana vitrectomy(PPV),while the observation group was added with intravitreal injec-tion of anti-VEGF drugs before PPV on the basis of the control group.The surgical conditions and incidence rates of complications(surgical time and incidence rates of bleeding,electrocoagulation hemostasis,iatrogenic retinal breaks)and visual acuity status[best corrected visual acuity(BCVS)]and central macular retinal thickness(CMT)before surgery and at 7 days and 3 months after surgery were evaluated in both groups.Results:During surgery,the surgical time and bleeding rate in observation group were shorter or less than those in control group(P<0.05).The CMT in the two groups at 7 days and 3 months after surgery was thinner than that before surgery,and the CMT was thinner in observation group(P<0.05).The BCVA was better in the two groups at 7 days and 3 months after surgery than that before surgery,and the observation group had better BCVA than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPV after intraocular injection of anti-VEGF drugs in patients with PDR can effectively short-en the surgical time,reduce the intraoperative bleeding rate,and effectively improve the CMT and BCVA.关键词
