Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of delivery ball and free-standing midwifery nursing on the labor process of primiparas.Methods:80 primiparas hospitalized in the delivery room of Siyang Kangda Hospital from De-cember 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 in each group.The control group took routine delivery and midwifery care,while the observation group took delivery ball and free position midwifery care.The labor time was compared between the two groups.Results:The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Delivery ball and free-standing mid-wifery nursing can effectively shorten the labor process time of primiparas and have high application value.关键词
