中华绒螯蟹分子育种群体的区域养殖试验OA
Regional culture trial of molecular breeding population of Chinese mitten crab
为研究中华绒螯蟹分子育种群体在不同养殖区域的生产表现,为后续的品种选育和推广应用提供依据,比较了中华绒螯蟹分子育种群体在上海松江三泖镇、宝山罗泾镇、崇明横沙乡和崇明三星镇等 4 个养殖基地的成蟹生长性能和营养品质的差异.结果显示:(1)不同区域养殖试验蟹的体质量、肥满度、肝胰腺指数和性腺指数均存在显著差异(P<0.05),且当养殖环境较差时,生长变异较大.(2)选育群体体质量和壳长的总体遗传力分别为 0.358 和 0.357,属于中等遗传力.(3)不同基地成蟹的血淋巴总胆固醇含量存在一定差异,且肝胰腺中脂肪酶、淀粉酶的活性在不同基地间差异显著(P<0.05).(4)不同基地间成蟹肌肉和肝胰腺中的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量存在显著差异(P<0.05),肌肉中的必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸含量在 4 个基地间无显著差异(P>0.05),但肝胰腺中的必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸含量存在显著差异(P<0.05).(5)无论是肌肉还是肝胰腺组织,不同基地试验蟹的饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量均存在显著差异(P<0.05).试验结果表明,中华绒螯蟹分子育种群体在不同养殖区域的生产表现良好,可进行后续品种选育与推广养殖应用.
In order to study the production performance of the molecular breeding population of Eriocheir sinensis in different breeding areas,and to provide a basis for subsequent breeding and promotion of varieties,the diffe-rences of growth performance and nutritional quality of adult crabs in four breeding bases of Shanghai Songjiang Sanmao Town,Baoshan Luojing Town,Chongming Hengsha Township and Chongming Sanxing Town were com-pared.The results showed as follows:①There were significant differences in body mass,fattenity,hepatopancreas index and gonadal index of cultured crabs in different regions(P<0.05).The growth variation was greater when the breeding environment was poor.②The overall heritability of body mass and shell length of the selected popula-tion was 0.358 and 0.357,respectively,which belonged to the medium heritability.③The contents of total choles-terol in hemolymph of adult crabs from different bases were different to some extent,and the activities of lipase and amylase in hepatopancreas were significantly different among different bases(P<0.05).④Crude protein and crude fat in muscle and hepatopancreas were significantly different among different sites(P<0.05).Essential and non-essential amino acids in muscle were not significantly different among the four sites(P>0.05),but essential and non-essential amino acids in hepatopancreas were significantly different among the four sites(P<0.05).⑤The contents of saturated fatty acids,monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids in muscle and hepato-pancreas tissues of crabs from different bases were significantly different(P<0.05).The results showed that the molecular breeding population of Chinese mitten crab had good production performance in different breeding areas,which could be used for further breeding and popularization of breeding.
