Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in the reha-bilitation of sequelae of patients after brain injury surgery.Methods:160 patients with traumatic brain injury treated in Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nantong City from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into control group(80 cases)and observation group(80 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.The neurological function and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results:The NIHSS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The NCSE scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the NCSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing has high clinical value in the rehabilitation of sequel-ae of patients with brain injury after operation,which is helpful to improve the neurological function and cognitive function of patients.
