Ecological culture experiment of one-and two-year-old Alosa sapidissima in grass pond with purse seine

Abstract
To explore a new model of ecological culture that combines planting and breeding of Alosa sapidissima,one-and two-year-old A.sapidissima were selected for experiment.The growth performance of A.sapidissima and the water quality were monitored,and the breeding cost and economic benefits of this model were analyzed.The results show that after 190 days of rearing,the average final body length and weight of one-year-old A.sapidissima were 16.28 cm and 56.62 g,respectively,and the average final body length and weight of two-year-old A.sapidis-sima were 33.58 cm and 635.98 g,respectively.The specific growth rate of one-and two-year-old A.sapidissima were(0.95±0.01)%/d and(0.13±0.03)%/d,respectively,and the specific weight gain rate of one-and two-year-old A.sapidissima were(2.67±0.02)%/d and(0.44±0.10)%/d,respectively.The survival rates of one-and two-year-old A.sapidissima were 87.5%and 64.6%,respectively,and the average profit of two-year-old A.sapidissima was 91 500 CNY/hm2.In conclusion,the model of A.sapidissima in grass pond with purse seine can improve water environment,promote the growth of A.sapidissima,and improve the economic benefits of culture.It is a new model of green,ecological,and healthy culture worth promoting.关键词
