Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the application of multidimensional care model in chronic heart failure patients and its influence on cardiac function.Methods:Select 80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the internal medicine department of Sihong CITIC Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023,and divided them into study group and control group by random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,and the study group adopted a multi-dimensional care model of care.Compare the two groups of cardiac function,self-care ability and quality of life.Results:The LV end diastolic diameter of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the LV ejection fraction and the 6 min walking test were higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The self-care maintenance,management and confidence scores of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Multi-dimensional care mode can effectively improve the cardiac function of chronic heart failure patients,improve their self-care ability and quality of life.关键词
