拔桩前降水和桩孔回填对地表及邻近建筑物的变形影响研究OA
Study on the Effect of Dewatering before Pile Pulling and Backfilling of Pile Hole on the Deformation of the Surface and Adjacent Buildings
在拔桩施工过程中,由于土体应力发生扰动,地表及邻近建筑物可能会出现不同程度的变形,而降承压水和桩孔回填作业是拔桩的重要工序之一,分析并选取合理的降承压水和桩孔回填方案既能保证邻近建筑物的安全,还能最大限度节省工程造价.因此,通过建立降承压水和桩孔回填的三维数值模型,分析了全回转式拔桩前的降水及拔桩后的桩孔回填施工对地表及邻近建筑物变形的影响规律.研究结果表明:采用分布式的降水方案比集中式的降水方案效果好,且能有效避免打设降压井时产生涌水、涌砂等不良现象.随着桩孔回填率的减小,各测点的累计沉降量基本呈线性增长.拔桩前期,各测点累计沉降量变化较小;当拔出桩的数量为7~15个时,各测点累计沉降量迅速增大;拔桩后期,各测点累计沉降量变化趋于稳定.基于施工经验,为了保证邻近建筑物不受拔桩施工的影响,建议选用不低于原状土强度的黏土、石灰、水泥混合材料进行回填,且水泥掺量不少于8%.
During the process of pile pulling construction,the surface and adjacent buildings may experience various deformation due to the disturbance of soil stress.Dewatering pressurized water and backfilling pile holes are important procedures for pile pulling.Analysis and selection a reasonable plan for dewatering pressurized water and backfilling pile holes can not only ensure the safety of adjacent buildings,but also maximize save the cost of the project.There-fore,a 3D numerical model of depressurized water and pile hole backfilling was established to analyze the influence of precipitation before full rotation pile pulling and pile hole backfilling construction after pile pulling on the defor-mation of the ground and adjacent buildings.The research results show that a distributed precipitation scheme is more effective than a centralized one,and can effectively avoid adverse phenomena such as water and sand gushing when installing pressure reducing wells.With the decrease of the backfill rate of pile holes,the cumulative settle-ment of each measuring point shows a linear increase.In the early stage of pile pulling,the cumulative settlement of each measuring point changes relatively little;When 7~15 piles are pulled out,the cumulative settlement of each measuring point increases rapidly;In the later stage of pile pulling,the cumulative settlement of each measuring point tends to be stable.Based on construction experience,in order to ensure that adjacent buildings are not affected by pile pulling construction,a mixture of clay,lime,and cement with a strength not lower than that of the original soil for backfilling is recommended with the cement content not less than 8%.
