Abstract

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of various fire control system combination schemes and the current situation of fire control configuration of underwater tunnels that have been in service at home and abroad,combined with urban traffic tunnel design cases,the fire control system scheme by fire extinguisher+fire hydrant system+foam-water spray fire extinguishing system in the vehicular lane area of Class Ⅱ underwater tunnel in the city is obtained.The design parameters of fire control and drainage system of Aixi Lake Tunnel in Nanchang are ex-pounded.Several key problems in the actual design of tunnel fire control and drainage are discussed to propose the recommended configuration scheme of fire control system,the determination of the spacing of fire hydrant boxes and the principles and requirements of tunnel drainage in the same area,which can provide experience and reference for similar underwater tunnel engineering design.
