摘要

Abstract

The traditional fully cast-in-place utility tunnel has a large earth excavation volume,high cost,cumber-some process,low efficiency and long construction period.But the segmental prefabricated utility tunnel has high dead-weight,hightransportation costs and assembly construction costs.Therefore,the research results of prefabri-cated utility tunnel in China were analyzed to overcome the above shortcomings.According to the project character-istics,a new design and construction method is proposed.Taking the Leifeng-Yannong 220 kV power utility tunnel project in Changsha as an example,the structural splitting design of the main body of the power utility tunnel,the deepening of prefabricated components,the design of production molds and the design of key joints are elaborated in detail as well as the construction process.Finally,the application value of this type of precast power utility tunnel was proved by the comparative data of engineering completion accounting.The design suggestions are proposed for multi-warehouse power utility tunnel.
