Exploration of Information Accessibility Standard Construction of Public Library in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
摘要
Abstract
In face of the increasingly prominent problem of digital gap in the process of global digitalization,promoting the construction of information accessibility for disabled has become an important part of improving library service quality.As a more technical and flexible normative form,standards play an important role in the information accessibility construction of public libraries.Through the statistics and analysis of relevant standards for information accessibility,it can be found that the current standards for information accessibility in public libraries in China have some characteristics,such as irregular issuance,low effectiveness,majority of industry standards,and narrow coverage.The systematic information accessibility standard system is still lacking.Artificial intelligence is a strategic emerging technology that has developed particularly rapidly in recent years.The integrated development of artificial intelligence and information accessibility standard has its necessity and feasibility,which can promote the popularization and application of information accessibility standards in public libraries and help the protection of the rights and interests of disabled to make substantial progress.关键词
