Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of urinary control function training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation technology on bladder function in postoperative patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 94 patients with cervical cancer treated in Mudan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Heze City from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given urinary control function training,and the observation group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation technology on the basis of the control group.The complications and bladder function after catheter removal were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications after catheter removal in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The urethral distribution pressure and bladder pressure during urine storage in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the bladder pressure during urination was higher than that in the control group,and the urethral distribution pressure was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Urinary control function training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation technology can effectively improve the bladder function in postoperative patients with cervical cancer and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
