Digital Transformation,Knowledge Coupling and Enterprise Knowledge Flow
摘要
Abstract
How to build an enterprise's knowledge economy through digital means is an important issue that needs to be re-solved urgently in the development of digital economy.Based on knowledge-based view and dynamic capability theory,this paper discusses the utility mechanism of digital transformation and knowledge coupling on enterprise knowledge flow.The results are shown as follows:Digital transformation has a positive promoting effect on the enterprise knowledge flow,and the significant effect still exists after robustness testing.Knowledge coupling has a conduction effect in the relationship between digital transformation and knowledge flow.The knowledge coupling between the original technical fields has a U-shaped relationship with the enterprise knowledge flow,while the knowledge coupling between the old and new technical fields has a positive relationship with the enter-prise knowledge flow.Digital transformation has a significant impact on knowledge coupling,and its significance is constrained by time windows.关键词
