Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training+electrical stimulation biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence who were treated in Zibo Municipal Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training, and the study group received electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group. The number of urinary incontinence, pelvic floor surface electromyography values, pelvic floor muscle strength score, and pelvic floor prolapse score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the number of urinary incontinence in the two groups was fewer than that before treatment, and the number of urinary incontinence in the study group was fewer than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the pelvic floor surface electromyography values of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the pelvic floor surface electromyography values of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength score and pelvic floor prolapse score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, while the pelvic floor muscle strength score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the pelvic floor prolapse score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation biofeedback in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle function, reduce pelvic floor prolapse, and reduce the frequency of urinary incontinence.关键词
