基于"钻石模型"对山东水产品加工业的竞争力分析
Competitiveness of aquatic products processing of Shandong province based on the diamond model
摘要
Abstract
Aquatic product processing is an important part of Shandong marine fishery economy.It is necessary to identify the factors that affect the competitiveness of aquatic products processing,to enhance the competitiveness of aquatic products processing in Shandong.Based on the Diamond Model theory,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the competitiveness of aquatic products processing industry of Shandong Province,from five main aspects of production factors,demand conditions,related industries and supporting industries,enterprise strategic structure and competition,opportunities and government.The result shows that Shandong marine aquatic products processing has a good foundation,but it is inferior in processing efficiency,technological innovation,equipment mechanization,etc.Therefore,the competitiveness of Shandong aquatic product processing industry should be improved from the aspects of developing intensive processing,building industrial bases,and cultivating distinctive brands.关键词
