摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Dexamethasone in the treatment of lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection in children.Methods A total of 98 children with lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection in Mizhi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given Azithromycin,and the study group was given Azithromycin combined with Dexamethasone.The treatment effect,lung function,and inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,lung rales,fever,and the absorption time of lung shadow in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lung function indexes and inflammation indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone treating lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma infection in children has significant effect,which can relieve symptoms,improve lung function,and reduce inflammation,and is worth promoting.关键词
