Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid combined with de-escalation regimen in the treatment of children with herpetic angina(HA).Methods A total of 80 children with HA in Shanghe People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the study group was given Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid combined with de-escalation regimen treatment.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,inflammatory factor levels,and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in both groups were decreased,and the TCM syndrome score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin(IL)-2 level in both groups was increased,the IL-6 and IL-10 levels in both groups were decreased,and the IL-2 level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid combined with de-escalation regimen in the treatment of children with HA has significant clinical effect,which can improve the TCM syndrome and the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.关键词
