Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)allergen detection in children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 60 children diagnosed with bronchiolitis in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group.According to the severity of the disease,they were divided into observation group 1(24 cases,mild),observation group 2(20 cases,moderate),and observation group 3(16 cases,severe).At the same time,60 healthy children were selected as the control group.The IgE level of the control group and the observation group was compared,and the IgE level of observation group 1,observation group 2,and observation group 3 was compared,the correlation between the IgE level and pediatric bronchiolitis was analyzed.Results The IgE level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The IgE level in the observation group 3 was higher than that in the observation group 1 and observation group 2,and the IgE level in the observation group 2 was higher than that in the observation group 1(P<0.05).The IgE level was positively correlated with the severity of bronchiolitis in children(r=0.895,P<0.001).Conclusion Serum IgE level in children with bronchiolitis is higher and positively correlated with the severity of the disease,which can be used for the evaluation of bronchiolitis.关键词
