摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 164 children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were treated in Longshan Health Center in Jimo District,Qingdao from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(82 cases)and study group(82 cases)by the random number table method.The reference group was given Azithromycin sequential therapy,and the study group was given Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy.The levels of inflammatory factors,cough score,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of interleukin(IL)-17,IL-6,C-reactive protein and cough score in the study group were lower than those in the reference group after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection has significant application effect,which can reduce inflammation and relieve cough symptom,and is worth promoting.关键词
