Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods A total of 150 parturients who underwent cesarean section under epidural anesthesia in Beijing Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given Ropivacaine,and the observation group was given Ropivacaine combined with Dexmedetomidine.The anesthesia,the levels of cortisol(Cor),heart rate(HR),norepinephrine(NA),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)were compared between the two groups.Results The time of peak anesthesia,maximum movement block,onset of anesthesia and recovery of movement in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the time of maintaining anesthesia plane was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Cor,HR,NA,and MAP at 15 min after anesthesia(T1),after fetal delivery(T2),and after operation(T3)in the two groups were compared with those before anesthesia,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of Cor,HR,and NA at T1,T2,and T3 in the observation group were lower,and the level of MAP was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with Ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia in cesarean section can improve anesthesia and anesthesia related clinical indicators.关键词
