Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ergonovine Maleate combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 50 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Enping People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin alone,and the study group was treated with Ergonovine Maleate combined with Oxytocin.The bleeding volume at 1,6,12,and 24 hours postpartum,and hemostasis time,clinical related indicators and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the bleeding volume at 1,6,12,and 24 hours postpartum of the study group was less and the hemostasis time was shorter(P<0.05).At 1 day postpartum,the hemoglobin,red blood cell and platelet counts of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ergonovine Maleate combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the hemostasis time,improve the clinical related indicators,and enhance the therapeutic effect.关键词
