Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between miR-654-3p,serum chitinase 3-like protein 1(CHI3L1)and liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)with different TCM syndromes. Methods A total of 156patients with CHB and NAFLD who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019to May 2022were included in the study.According to the TCM syndrome type, the patients were divided into liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome group(n=52),damp-heat internal knot syndrome group(n=52)and blood stasis syndrome group(n=52).Another 50healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)],liver fiber indexes[type Ⅲ collagen(PC-Ⅲ),laminin(LN),Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C)],miR-654-3p and CHI3L1 levels were detected and compared in each group.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between miR-654-3p,CHI3L1 and liver fibrosis in patients with CHB and NAFLD with different TCM syndromes. Results The levels of ALT and AST in the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome group, the damp heat syndrome group and the blood stasis syndrome group were higher than those in the control group, and the liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome grouP>the blood stasis syndrome grou P>the damp heat syndrome group(P damp heat syndrome grou P>liver stagna-tion and spleen deficiency syndrome group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that miR-654-3p,CHI3L1and were positively correlated with PC-Ⅲ,LN and Ⅳ-C(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with CHB and NAFLD with different TCM syndromes, the levels of miR-654-3p and CHI3L1were up-regulated,and they were positively correlated with liver fibrosis inde-xes PC-Ⅲ,LN and Ⅳ-C,which could provide reference for evaluating the condition of such patients.关键词
