Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of chaihusanshi Jiedu Decoction on chronic hepatitis and the expression of cycloox-ygenase-2(COX-2)and CD127.Methods:In this study,86patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital.from Janu-ary 2019to January 2020were selected and divided into the control group(n=43)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=43),respectively,and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=43)were given the added flavor of bupleurum Sanshi Jiedu decoction for treatment.The expression of COX-2and CD127in the two groups was measured,the symptom score was evaluated,HBV-DNA value,AST,ALT and TBIL levels were detected,and the therapeutic effectiveness was statistically analyzed.Re-sults:After treatment,COX-2expression,symptom score,HBV-DNA value,ALT,AST and TBIL levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and CD4+CD127+and CD8+CD127+expressions were higher than after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,COX-2expression,symptom score,HBV-DNA value,ALT,AST and TBIL levels in the TCM group were lower than those in the control group,while CD4+CD127+and CD8+CD127+expressions were higher than those in the control group.The ef-fective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with buplehu Sanshi Jiedu decoction,COX-2level decreased,CD127level increased,clinical symptoms and liver function im-proved,HBV-DNA value decreased,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
